CRC Online Form Access
In keeping with LMBA & BC Baseball policy, volunteers must undergo a Criminal Records Check (CRC) and a Vulnerable Person's Check every three years.
LMBA offers the Province of BC's Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP). CRRP is a secure system that allows volunteers to complete the application process from home. The completed CRC is emailed directly to LMBA's Player Agent. The results of the on-line CRC is the same as a CRC completed through the Delta Police attachment but expires every three years instead of annually.

If you are unable to complete the CRC process online, please download the volunteer letter by clicking the link below and take it to the Delta Police department.
