We're excited to launch the LMBA Summer Drop-In Program through our new booking system, giving registered pass holders flexible access to the Barn throughout July.

JULY DROP-IN HOURS

Monday - Friday - 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

5 weeks beginning Monday June 29 - Friday July 31st

LANE ACCESS

⚾4 lanes available for advance booking using credits (up to 5 x 30-minute bookings per week)
⚾ 2 lanes reserved for drop-in use on a first-come, first-served basis
⚾ Maximum 4 players per lane
⚾ Sessions are limited to 30 minutes (or 15 minutes during busy periods to allow everyone an opportunity to participate)

HOW IT WORKS

  • A Facility Attendee Supervisor will be on site during all drop-in hours to check players in, assign lanes, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Feel free to drop-in only...or book a 30 min slot (max 5/wk)

  • Lanes will be assigned based on bookings and availability

    • Lane Reservations will be held for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time

    • All vacant lanes will be used for drop-in if not booked

  • At the end of your session, please vacate the lane and rejoin the queue if another lane is available

  • Return equipment and collect baseballs after use

  • Helmets must be worn when batting in the cages at all times

    All participants must:
    ✔ Be registered LMBA members
    ✔ Complete facility training
    ✔ Have a signed waiver on file

BOOKING A 30 MIN SLOT WITH CREDITS

Use SUMMER DROP IN MEMBERSHIP when booking under tunnel rentals at:

Max 5 bookings per week. Please only use the credits that are attached to your membership and do not pay extra to rent a lane. We are not able to process refunds on lane rentals. You will not see the SUMMER DROP IN MEMBERSHIP option under the Tunnel Rentals, if you are not registered in the Summer Drop-In Program.

SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

  • Age 16+: Independent access permitted with facility training complete

  • Grade 10: Additional safety training and approval required

  • Grade 9 and younger: Must be supervised by a trained adult (19+)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Reservations will be held for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time

  • Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of lane booking privileges

  • Please share lanes, follow staff direction, and help maintain a positive, team-focused environment

  • Unsafe use of equipment or facility damage may result in loss of access
