Photo envelopes are being delivered to the Division Coordinators and should be handed out to the respective coaches within each division before April 18, 2009. |

Every player needs to complete and hand in the envelope even if he/she is not buying any photos (coaches need not complete one). |

Teams should be ready and assembled together 15 minutes before their assigned time slot at Ladner Elementary School. |

The Picture Day Coordinator has carefully scheduled all teams based on the time of their games on April 26. Please do not ask for your time to be changed. |

The time for each team should be noted (by the Division Coordinator or Coach) on the top right hand corner of each envelope. |
|
• |
Parents should read the instructions on the envelope, choose their packages ahead of time and place the exact payment amount in the envelope (the photographers cannot make change); every player receives a “memory mate” for free. |

In case of rain, the photos will be taken under cover at Ladner Elementary. |
|
• |
The photos will be ready 4 to 5 weeks after they are taken; they will be delivered to each of the Coordinators who will then hand them out to the coaches. |

The photo re-take day will be posted. If a team cannot make Picture Day on April 26, the coach should contact Shari to arrange for their team photo to be taken. |
