Parents are vital to the success of our Association. Our Association is run entirely by volunteers with the only exceptions being our umpires and concession managers. In order to assist the membership to continue to develop a sense of community in our Association, Ladner Minor Baseball runs a Parent Participation Program. Each LMBA family is asked to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours of parent participation service.
